Solapur, one of the densely populated city in Maharashtra, was aloof from the spread of the Covid 19 cases. But, the virus has hit the city and the infection is spreading rapidly.
We have witnessed a sudden rise in the demand for dry reason from various pockets of the Solapur City. As of now we have supplied dry ration to around 60 families from various Vastis.
Our local coordinators collected the need from people and placed orders at nearby vendors. Some vendors distributed the ready-made kits, whereas in other cases, our coordinators prepared the kits.
Once the kits are ready, coordinators delivered them at the doorstep of needy people.
